Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
AIFlowCard generates images from the text you provide. This policy sets out what you may and may not use the Service to create. It applies to every prompt, note, and reference image you submit. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Our image-generation models are provided for creating informational, educational, and creative visual cards from your own notes. This policy exists to keep the Service usable and lawful for everyone, and to meet the content requirements our payment and model partners impose on us.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, attempt to create, or upload input intended to produce any of the following:
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity, pornography, erotic imagery, fetish content, or any material that is intended to be sexually arousing. This is a strict prohibition with no exceptions.
- Any sexualization of minors. This is absolutely prohibited. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and terminate the account involved.
- Content depicting or promoting graphic violence, gore, torture, terrorism, or instructions for committing violent acts.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that degrades, threatens, or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Face swaps, deepfakes, or any manipulation of a real person's likeness without their documented consent — including the likeness of celebrities and public figures.
- Content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that falsely implies endorsement or affiliation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or that reproduces third-party creative works without permission.
- Misinformation, fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive material intended to mislead.
- Content that violates applicable law, or that facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of regulated or prohibited goods and services.
- Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance to a specific person's situation.
3. Prohibited activities
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, authentication, or any other technical restriction of the Service.
- Automated or bulk use of the Service that is designed to extract capacity, generate at scale for resale, or otherwise bypass normal intended usage.
- Scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering the Service, or using it to build a competing product.
- Reselling or sub-licensing access to the Service to third parties without our written permission.
- Uploading malware, or attempting to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, our providers' systems, or another user's account.
- Sharing account credentials, or using an account you are not authorized to use.
4. Prompt screening
Every prompt submitted for image generation is screened automatically by our moderation systems before it reaches any image model. Prompts that are rejected are not generated, and you will see an error message instead. Screening is applied to every generation request without exception.
5. Enforcement
If we find that you have violated this policy, we may take any of the following steps:
- Refuse to generate the requested content, or remove content already generated.
- Issue a warning, or place restrictions on the account.
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice.
- Withhold or decline refunds for credits consumed in violation of this policy.
- Report unlawful activity to law enforcement or the relevant authorities, and cooperate with their investigations.
We may also be required to act on requests from our payment provider. Because payments are handled by a merchant of record, serious violations may also affect your ability to transact through that provider.
6. Reporting a violation
If you see content or behaviour that breaches this policy, or if you believe your intellectual property or likeness has been misused through the Service, please email support@aiflowcard.com with as much detail as possible, including a link or screenshot where relevant. We review every report and will remove content that breaches this policy.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the input you submit and for how you use the images you generate. If you publish generated cards publicly, you are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction and does not breach this policy or the rights of others.
