1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.aiflowcard.com and the services offered through it (the "Service"), operated by AIFlowCard ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

AIFlowCard turns text you provide — such as notes, outlines, or an article — into a set of visually consistent card images intended for social media, presentations, and personal reference. Generation uses third-party AI models accessed through our interface.

AIFlowCard is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the underlying AI model providers. We provide access to those models through our own interface and pipeline.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher minimum age, to create an account.
One person or organization must not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Credits, pricing, and payment

4.1 Credits

The Service is sold in prepaid credits. Different generation options consume different numbers of credits, and the current cost of each option is shown in the app before you generate. Credits are:

For use only within the Service, and have no cash value;
Not transferable, and not redeemable for money;
Consumed when a generation is performed, including when you delete the resulting images afterwards.

4.2 Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your location.

4.3 Who you are buying from

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. This means Creem is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection and remittance. Creem's own terms and policies also apply to your purchase, and your card or payment statement may show Creem as the merchant.

4.4 Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the interval stated at purchase until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate the current period.

4.5 Refunds

Credits that have already been used are not refundable. This is because generation consumes real, irreversible processing cost the moment it runs.

Unused credits — if none of the credits from a purchase have been used, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase.
Partially used packs — refunds are not available for the used portion.
Subscriptions — cancelling stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Failed generations — if a generation fails because of a fault on our side and credits were deducted, we will return the affected credits to your balance. Contact support if this does not happen automatically.

4.6 Your statutory rights (EEA, UK, and similar)

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants a right of withdrawal for distance purchases, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, by asking us to begin generating immediately and consuming credits, you acknowledge that the digital content is supplied to you without delay and that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you have already used or consumed. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot be waived by agreement, and this section does not affect your rights in respect of unused credits as described in section 4.5.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In particular, and stated here explicitly for clarity:

You must not use the Service to generate NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content, and you must not use it to sexualize minors in any way. You must also not use it to create deepfakes or face-swap content, to infringe intellectual property, or to produce content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or deceptive. These prohibitions are absolute and are enforced automatically: every prompt is screened before generation, and violating prompts are refused.

6. Your content and your images

You keep ownership of your input. You retain all rights you hold in the text and reference images you submit.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transmit, and display your input and generated images solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to run generation, show your gallery, and provide support.
You are responsible for your input. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Generated output. To the extent we hold any rights in the images generated for you, we assign them to you. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish or rely on it.

7. AI output — important limitations

AI-generated output is unpredictable. You acknowledge and agree that:

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or factually wrong. It is not professional advice.
Similar or identical output may also be produced for other users, and output may not be unique to you.
Text rendered inside generated images may contain spelling, formatting, or language errors.
You are solely responsible for how you use and publish generated content, including checking that it is accurate and lawful.
We do not guarantee that output will be free of third-party rights claims in every jurisdiction.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, interface, design, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Availability, changes, and limits

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may set usage limits, at any time. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will act reasonably — for example by providing equivalent credits.
Generation depends on third-party model providers and may be slower or unavailable at times.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), your input and generated content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we are required to do so by law or by our payment provider, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
If we terminate your account for a breach, credits remaining on the account may be forfeited.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14 — will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts there.

This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and if you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@aiflowcard.com — most issues can be resolved quickly.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
